IT Project Implementation Specialist

The IT Implementation Specialist supports the company with implementing technical systems, software, hardware, and other solutions to the business needs for company growth. This role works in partnership with the global and local IT team to implement agreed upon systems such as an enterprise resource planning system (ERP) and electronic quality management system (eQMS).

• Evaluate use cases and company needs, in partnership with global IT team and local leadership, to develop configurations that support business processes.
• Manage and execute delivery and implementation plans.
• Ensure that implementations are completed on time, within budget, and meet global and local IT expectations.
• Test and troubleshoot final system setups.
• Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
• Will likely be involved in product demonstrations or assisting with scoping projects or developing proposals for implementation.
• Manage scope, schedule, and deliverables for IT implementation projects.
• Develop detailed project plans.
• Monitor milestones and prepare periodic status reports for global and local leadership teams.
• Manage project communication between global IT teams and external vendors for project status updates.
• Proactively identify and report problems, provide suggestions, and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and organization.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards such as ISO 13485:2016 and FDA regulations.

• An associate or bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Experience in agile and classic project management methodologies for IT project management.
• Experience with software platform implementation (such as ERP systems).
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
• Outstanding customer service, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve goals in a timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• German skills are a plus.

• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, bend or move up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to adjust schedule to meet deadlines and deliverables.

• $95,000 to $120,000 annually to start, Depending Upon Qualifications
