** What's the Job?*
* + Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, and support desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and related hardware/software.
+ Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and provide high‑quality customer support directly to end users.
+ Install, configure, and repair Windows and Mac OS systems, ensuring secure and compliant environments.
+ Manage and resolve Service Now tickets, ensuring timely completion according to SLAs.
+ Support conference room technology including Teams, Zoom, projectors, audio systems, and telephony equipment.
** What's Needed?*
* + 5+ years of desktop support experience with strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networking.
+ Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS/Android mobile support, and Active Directory.
+
Experience with system imaging, SCCM/MECM, Bomgar, and enterprise ticketing tools like Service Now.
+ Strong understanding of data integrity, password security, and device encryption (Bit Locker).
+ Associate degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience; relevant certifications (A+, MCP, HDI) preferred.
