We are seeking an Engineer to provide day-to-day operational and technical support for enterprise network services. This role supports labs, end users, and infrastructure environments while ensuring network performance, availability, and reliability across office, lab, and data center environments.

• Provide operational and technical network support
  , including ticket execution via Freshworks and end-user inquiries
• Maintain up-to-date schematic diagrams
  , infrastructure documentation, and low-level architecture designs
• Track and maintain network device inventory
• Monitor network performance, system availability, and reliability
• Install, configure, and support network hardware including wireless access points, switches, routers, phones, and data center equipment
• Support LAN, WAN, WiFi, and structured cabling environments
• Participate in network implementation and upgrade projects as required

• Experience with Cisco and/or Juniper network equipment
• Knowledge of switching and routing technologies
  , including VLAN, VXLAN, STP, VPC, HSRP, NAT, IPSec, and MPLS
• Familiarity with routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP
• Understanding of network security principles and firewall technologies
• Experience with network monitoring tools
  , automation, and packet-level traffic analysis
• Familiarity with Infoblox, load balancers, wireless controllers, and enterprise network infrastructure

• Experience supporting enterprise or lab-based network environments
• Exposure to network automation and scripting tools
• Experience in troubleshooting application and network protocol performance issues

• Background or formal education in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong analytical, incident management, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and perform well in high-pressure environments
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of urgency and eagerness to learn new technologies
