As a therapist-led organization, we prioritize quality care, work-life balance, and a supportive team environment.

  • Flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance.
  • Ongoing mentorship and support from experienced therapists.
  • Per visit rate ranging from $69-$84 (evaluations offer a higher rate)
Responsibilities
  • Provide in-home speech therapy to pediatric patients with diverse needs, including developmental delays, speech and language disorders, and feeding/swallowing challenges.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Empower families with education and strategies to support their child’s progress.
  • Document assessments, progress, and goals in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Passion for working with children and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
  • Reliable transportation for home visits.
Why Join Us?

At our agency, you’re more than just an employee—you’re part of a mission-driven team dedicated to empowering families and helping children reach their fullest potential. We offer a collaborative, therapist-centered environment where your expertise and input truly matter.
