As a Clinician IV/Supervisor you will immediately be engaged in providing supervision, training, and oversight to Clinicians that are dedicated to improving the lives of underserved youth and families ravaged by trauma. Supervisors bring a lot to the table and our Clinicians are eager to learn and grow! You will also be a member of an innovative and individualized clinical leadership team that has decades of combined experience!

This position is perfect for those looking for experience within adolescent mental health, behavioral health, or psychology. Experience as a case manager, adolescent therapist, mental health therapist, program lead, behavioral health counselor, mental health professional or clinical administrator is useful. Experience in clinical interventions, crisis work, and clinical supervision is preferred.

Compensation:
In accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected starting salary range for this Colorado position is $67,400.83-$81,427.58 per year. Actual pay may be adjusted based on experience and other job related factors permitted by law.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, normal business hours

At times, accommodations may need to be made to meet the individual needs of a client, their family, staff members, and the program overall. This may indicate the need for working hours later in the evening. Some flexibility around scheduling may be required. However, Shiloh House leadership works diligently alongside clinicians to develop schedules that align with personal needs and self-care!

Longmont Responsibilities:

Oversee the provision of individualized, trauma informed, trauma responsive, and evidenced based clinical services.

Provide and document at least monthly clinical supervision for all assigned supervises.

Provide co-therapy as frequently as necessary and appropriate to support and train clinical staff.

Provide face-to-face therapy for assigned clients and as needed for all youth.

Coordinate with Human Resources and the Chief Clinical Officer on hiring and disciplinary issues for clinical personnel.

Provide Clinical On-Call coverage as needed/assigned.
