Behavioral Health Professional | Therapist

Job Summary

You will be the lead therapist on the integrated team and serve as an expert consultant to the medical team. You will report to the Program Supervisor.

• Are you experienced to conduct initial comprehensive assessments of new clients, and assist the team in conducting updated assessments?
• Have you provided brief, episodic psychotherapy, addressing mental health issues and physical health complaints?
• Are you looking to manage a small caseload of high need clients needing both psychotherapy and complex case management?

As a condition of employment, you will be required to receive the COVID-19 vaccination (and any subsequent boosters) and the annual influenza vaccine. Medical exemptions or religious accommodations may be requested.

• Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field, plus 1+ year internship, and one (1) or more years experience in a clinical setting
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Preferred, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Or within twelve (12) months from full licensure
• Experience providing clinical assessments and brief intervention
• Mastery of evidence-based psychotherapy models and practice
• Experience working in an integrated health environment

$31–$45 per hour, depending on licensure status. Unlicensed candidates will start at the lower end of the range, while licensed professionals are eligible for the higher end.
