We are seeking a dedicated Locum Physician to support urgent holiday coverage at Longmont United Hospital, ensuring seamless patient care during critical times. What You ll Bring:

• Valid Colorado Medical License or IMLC Multistate License
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience performing GYN emergencies, Obstetrics, including C-sections
• Proficiency in EMR systems, specifically EPIC
• Ability to work 24-hour call shifts reliably and effectively
• Strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and adaptability

Preferred

Skills:

• Previous experience in Level III Trauma Emergency Room
• Experience supporting family practice OB coverage
• Familiarity with hospital-based inpatient care
• Ability to quickly adapt to facility protocols and EMR-driven workflows

Educational & Professional Background:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO)
• Minimum of 2 years clinical experience in OB/GYN
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Active Colorado medical license or eligible for IMLC

Additional Requirements:

• Availability for scheduled 24-hour call shifts from November 27 through November 29, with ongoing dates to be determined
• Willingness and ability to work 9-10 shifts per month with short-term stints
• Must complete EMR credentialing, training modules, and virtual EMR training at least one week prior to start
• Ability to stay at the preferred Hampton Inn in Longmont or follow hotel policies if accommodations are unavailable
• Travel primarily local or drive-in preferred; no extensive travel required
• Commitment to safety protocols and working in a Level III Trauma setting

Compensation:

Hourly Rate:
Competitive and commensurate with experience (Rate caps provided in the internal documentation). Travel and orientation stipends included. Specific pay details to be discussed upon qualification.
