Optigy is currently seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician for a Post-Acute Care opportunity in Longmont, CO. This position will start as Locums with the goal of converting to a Permanent role.
This role places you in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), supported by a larger network covering over 700 facilities across Colorado. Physicians experience a full spectrum of pathology and maintain the ability to shape their work/life balance.
Highlights- $150/hr Locums Rate
- Monday - Friday 8a-5p
- 25-30 PPD Average
- Facility Based
- Full malpractice coverage
- All travel & lodging expenses covered
- Locums-to-permanent pathway
- Permanent compensation includes uncapped wRVU earnings potential

- BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Experience in Geriatrics, Senior Care, or Post-Acute settings preferredi>
