Prestige Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is looking for an evening receptionist and Customer Service Assistant to join our front office team!! You will be the friendly voice answers and directing incoming calls, welcoming people in to the dealership through the front entrance, and acting as an integral part of the receptionist team.

You will also be surveying and contacting our customers to learn about their experience and help us provide better service in the future.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in the following:
Unsurpassed customer service relationships - Excellent phone etiquette and management of multi-line VoIP systems - Ability to stay focused and be compatible with all the different personalities encountered in the dealership environment - Partnership and cohesion with existing office staff to assist with additional tasks as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer dealership group phones in a timely manner
  • Greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salesperson
  • Work cooperatively with the Sales and Service teams
  • Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Compose texts, emails, and other correspondence to communicate with customers and learn about their experience
  • Visit with customers about their experience and assist in relaying any issues to the appropriate management team member

Hours are 1 to 6p.m Monday through Friday hours and 8 to 5 on Saturday. Family owned business and working environment.
