Role DescriptionThe Assistant Account Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Longmont, CO. The individual in this role will assist in managing client accounts, coordinating communication between clients and teams, and overseeing the progress of projects to ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities include liaising with vendors, maintaining schedules, tracking orders, and assisting with the preparation of reports. The Assistant Account Manager will also provide support to senior account managers and contribute to client satisfaction through timely and efficient service.
Qualifications- Proficient in project coordination, client relationship management, and account handling.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills for managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in marketing, sales support, or promotional materials is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to client needs.
- Knowledge of print production, signage, or point-of-sale material creation is a plus.
