Responsibilities
  • Quick Lube Technician:
    Check and communicate oil level to teammates;
    Ensure tire pressure for proper inflation;
    Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary;
    Clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
  • Service Technician:
    Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership;
    Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment;
    Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.;
    Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs;
    Complete all warranty documentation to factory standards, return warranty parts and cores per manufacturer.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience at an automotive dealership preferred
  • Years of experience vary per position
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Mechanical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer competencies
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
