• Processes title and registration paperwork for new and used vehicles.
• Verifies and submits documentation to DMV.
• Communicates with sales, finance, and customers to resolve title issues.
• Ensures every transaction complies with state and federal regulations.

• Must have prior dealership and/or DMV titling experience.
• Outstanding organization and follow-up skills.
• A love for paperwork (yes, really!)
• Desire to provide a high level of customer service.
