Registered Nurse – RN (Longmeadow, MA) – Part Time to Full Time

What You’ll Do- Deliver kind, compassionate, and respectful care to all residents.
- Assess, chart, and report changes in residents’ conditions, including responses to medications and treatments.
- Perform basic nursing care and treatments, including taking vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, etc.).
- Communicate effectively with physicians, care teams, residents, and families regarding resident status and care needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Follow all state, federal, and facility policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Active, unencumbered Massachusetts RN licensure.
- CPR certification.
- Demonstrate physical ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, squat, and lift/carry up to 20 pounds unassisted or 50 pounds with assistance.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and following instructions in English.
- Experience and readiness to work in a fast‑paced facility (experience not required).
- Competitive pay: $42.00/hr–$48.00/hr (based on experience).
- Full‑time, part‑time, and per‑diem schedules available – days, evenings, overnights on weekdays and weekends.
