What You ll Do:
- Clean and maintain all facility areas, including floors, carpets, dining spaces, and common areas (including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and shampooing).
- Collect and properly dispose of regular and biohazardous waste per safety and infection control standards.
- Set up, clean, and break down dining and community spaces for meals, meetings, and events.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies while supporting a safe, resident-centered environment.
What You ll Need:
- 2 years of carpet cleaning experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
- Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
