What You ll Do:

  • Clean and maintain all facility areas, including floors, carpets, dining spaces, and common areas (including stripping, waxing, buffing, burnishing, and shampooing).
  • Collect and properly dispose of regular and biohazardous waste per safety and infection control standards.
  • Set up, clean, and break down dining and community spaces for meals, meetings, and events.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies while supporting a safe, resident-centered environment.

What You ll Need:

  • 2 years of carpet cleaning experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
