Culinary Supervisor (Evening)

We are looking to add an Evening Culinary Supervisor to our team. This is a great opportunity to be part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and takes great pride in selecting individuals that help us achieve our club’s mission.

Competitive Pay: $23-$27 / HR based on experience

Evening availability is a must for this position.

• Serves as the right hand to the outlet Chef
• Supervises cooks in an assigned area
• Understands menu offerings and presentation
• Prepares and cooks products according to recipe specifications and food safety/sanitation guidelines
• Takes on extra responsibilities including but not limited to sanitation, HAACP programs, ordering, etc.
• Can walk and stand for up to 12 hours
• Is competent in all stations and able to run an entire area
• Displays a positive attitude toward teammates
• Supervises shifts as well as sanitation and production
• Assists with line production and menu development for the outlet
• Creates specials
• Ensures proper closing procedures are followed
• Is in charge of enclosure paperwork
• Performs other reasonable duties as assigned

• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum of 5+ years experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Organized, creative, and able to manage menu pricing and inventory
• Able to lead a team and showcase fine culinary skills
• Degree from a culinary institute is a plus
• Certification from the American Culinary Federation is a plus
