Key Responsibilities:
Participate in a high-volume practice specializing in total and partial joint replacements, averaging 22 cases per day. Provide focused perioperative anesthesia without pain management distractions. Collaborate with a team of anesthesia technicians to ensure seamless operations. Utilize modern technology, including Echart EMR, to enhance patient care. Work under a 3:1 or 4:1 medical direction model with a CRNA/CAA mix.

Flexible shifts:
