Production Operative
Benton, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12
12.21 per hour
On-Going work
Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Responsibilities
- Standing at a work station picking and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that all products are handled and stored with care.
- Using hand held scanners to locate products/stock
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets and work efficiently to meet customer demands.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or fulfilment role would be beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
