Small Works Projects Manager – Mechanical Services

Location:

Based from Long Eaton office, with nationwide travel. Project values: up to £100k. Sector:
Mechanical Services (Heating, Domestic Water, Ventilation & Air Conditioning).

We are seeking an experienced Small Works Projects Manager to join our mechanical services team. The role involves managing multiple mechanical projects simultaneously, from initial pricing through to delivery and final account, across sites nationwide.

• Pricing and tendering small works mechanical projects
• Managing multiple projects concurrently from order to completion
• Carrying out site surveys and client meetings nationwide
• Programming works and coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
• Managing health & safety and ensuring compliance with regulations
• Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
• Producing valuations, variations, and final accounts

• Proven experience managing small works mechanical projects
• Strong technical knowledge of heating, domestic water, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
• Experience pricing and delivering projects up to £100k
• Ability to manage multiple live projects effectively
• Good commercial awareness and cost control skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
