Qualifications- ASN or Nursing Diploma
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills
- BLS
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- BSN or must be completed within 5 years upon hire
- Part Time Day shift
- Provide nursing care within scope of practice and Nurse Practice Act, ensuring ethical practice according to ANA code of ethics.
- Advise on safety, evidence‑based practice, and ongoing professional development.
- Report safety issues such as hazardous environments and medical errors.
- Maintain knowledge of the patient population served.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to team members and collaborate with other providers.
- Set and evaluate priorities with measurable outcomes for improvement.
- Integrate all aspects of care using the nursing process and individualize care plans.
