Pay Range: $96,350.00 - $ per year
Pay Transparency: The above reflects the anticipated annual salary range for this position if hired to work in New Jersey. The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate s educational background, skills and professional experience.
Responsibilities- Oversees the management and implementation of Employee Experience
- Works collaboratively with MMC and MMCSC Management Team members on program development, analysis and improvement strategies
- Responsible for helping departments develop employee engagement improvements based on surveys and reports
- Serves as resource and mentor to staff, guiding them to appropriate resources while implementing improvements
- Engages in proactive, data driven actions designed to stabilize and expand the workforce
- Responsible for development and implementation of innovative and evidenced-based retention strategies that enable staff to begin, develop and evolve their careers
- Collaborates closely with Human Resources, Quality, Marketing, Risk Management, and Diversity & Inclusion
- Bachelor s degree in healthcare or related field required
- Master s degree preferred
- 3-5 years experience in healthcare leadership
