Priority Cares Home Services is a New York-based agency dedicated to providing compassionate care across NYC boroughs and Westchester, specializing in Medicaid waiver programs, NHTD, TBI, and PCA. We prioritize the comfort and well-being of both clients and caregivers, ensuring timely payments and support.

• Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Personal Care & Transition Care
• Companionship
• Clinical Support
• Care Management

• Assist patients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help patients with ambulation and transfers, ensuring safety and mobility.
• Prepare and serve meals, considering dietary restrictions.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe home environment.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any changes to healthcare professionals.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a positive and caring environment.
• Document patient care accurately and completely.

• Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience as a Home Health Aide or related caregiving role.
• Valid New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification is required.
• Strong compassion, empathy, and genuine desire to help others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and families.
• Patience, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
