Your RoleYour Role: Clinical Supervisor
PayPay: $82,000 - $92,000 (depending on experience as well as eligible stipends)
- Bilingual Stipend: $5,000
- Intensive Stipend: $3,000
- A Master s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
- Active California license (LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist)
- Minimum two years post-licensure (BBS supervision eligible)
- Experience in LA County service delivery preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred or required depending on site needs)
- Leadership that inspires and uplifts clinical teams
- Clinical expertise in evidence-based practices and family systems
- Sharp documentation skills that meet DMH and agency standards
- Crisis management skills and a calm, confident presence under pressure
