Case Manager - FSP

Pay: $22.56/hour

Bilingual Spanish Stipend: $5,000

• Bachelor’s in Psychology/Sociology/Human Services or 2 years social-services experience
• 3 years working with emotionally disturbed youth; 1 year case management preferred
• Valid CA driver’s license, insurance, and reliable field-ready transportation
• Solid documentation and tech skills
• Knowledge of case management practices and community resources
• Ability to manage crises and maintain clear boundaries
• Strong organization, follow-through, and teamwork skills

• Bilingual English/Spanish communication
• Calm, confident crisis response
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Clear, compassionate communication
• Team collaboration with families, schools, and clinicians
• Sound judgment and ethical decision-making
• Adaptability, resilience, and a strengths-based mindset
