Job Summary

A lead/senior plumber serves the clients of the company by expertly servicing, repairing, and replacing residential plumbing systems.



Job Duties

• Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
• All leads and bookings provided by company
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
• Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
• Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

Minimum Requirements

• Lead/Senior Plumbers are considered senior level and will be provided their own truck and supplies
• Lead/Senior Plumbers are in the field and go on daily plumbing repair and installation jobs
• Lead/Senior Plumbers are expected to learn the Ben Franklin Way and approach each client our way
• Lead/Senior Plumbers are expected to know all facets or residential plumbing and repair
• Lead/Senior Plumber is expected to lead by example in all facets of plumbing, including knowledge of plumbing, ability to price projects and assist Junior plumbers

Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
