Security Officer Flex - Residential Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to property management and Allied Universal leadership as required.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify maintenance or access issues.;
Monitor access points and observe for unauthorized entry, loitering, and/or policy violations, taking appropriate action consistent with post orders and escalation guidelines.;
Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations in written and/or electronic reports, and assist with basic administrative tasks such as key control and directing visitors to appropriate locations.
