Monitor emergency lines, security radios, and surveillance feeds to detect and respond to incidents;
Evaluate and prioritize incoming calls or alerts;
Dispatch appropriate security personnel based on incident type, skill level, and proximity;
Coordinate with emergency services (police, fire, medical) to ensure swift and effective response to critical situations;
Maintain accurate records and logs of all calls, dispatches, incidents, and security responses;
Submit daily shift reports and incident summaries.
