Role Description

This is a full-time in-person role for an Inside Sales Representative, located in Long Beach, CA. The Inside Sales Representative will manage day-to-day customer interactions, respond to inquiries, process orders, and generate sales through both inbound and outbound calls. This role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve business goals.

This role will also involve traveling to trade shows, conventions, and meeting with customers face to face. Success in this role requires proactive communication, effective problem-solving, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual+ (English +Spanish and/or Korean) applicants preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
  • Sales, customer service, and account management experience, demonstrating proficiency in identifying opportunities and closing deals.
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency with Excel, and other sales tools, as well as the ability to adapt to new technology.
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required.
  • Prior experience in the refrigeration or commercial appliance industry is a significant advantage.
