We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative for our Long Beach, CA location. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will focus on building relationships with customers, identifying their business needs, and providing tailored solutions through visual communication products. Daily responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound sales calls, providing exceptional customer service, preparing estimates, following up on leads, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively.
You will work closely with team members to ensure a seamless experience from order placement to delivery.
- Proven sales and customer service skills, including the ability to handle inbound and outbound sales calls and build lasting customer relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate solutions to both internal teams and customers
- Proficiency in time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with basic graphic design principles or the ability to quickly learn relevant software and tools
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the signage, print, or visual communications industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus
- Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to succeed both independently and as part of a team
