• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills; goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills via in-person, phone, and email.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.
• Availability to attend special events and trainings as needed.
• Part-time position.

• Execute the full sales process including lead generation, follow-up, and closing sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals set by the General Manager.
• Conduct studio tours to build rapport with prospects and facilitate sales.
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs, and pricing.
• Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales quotas.
• Participate in community events to promote the studio.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
• Develop selling skills and perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be able to sit or stand for up to four hours.
• May need to reach, bend, lift, kneel, and drive.
• Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.
• Effective hearing in person and via telephone.

$16-$18 per hour plus 10% commission. Opportunities for growth within the studios, including additional sales and management positions.
