Position: Full-Time – Parts Counter Person
Department: Parts Department

Harbor Chevrolet

• Assist technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts with parts inquiries and orders
• Accurately look up, pull, and distribute parts using dealership systems
• Maintain well organized parts stock and inventory levels
• Process invoices, returns, and special orders
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal staff and customers
• Support daily department operations and contribute to a positive team environment

• Previous automotive parts counter experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
• Basic computer proficiency; experience with Dealer Tackor similar DMS is helpful
• Assist with Multi-point inspection tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
