You will develop and support membership by providing information on membership benefits, promoting the value of company products and services, processing membership upgrades and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet membership goals. You will maintain the safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following proper forklift spotting procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management.

You will fulfill member fax/pull and click/pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning items, wrapping and palletizing items, ensuring accuracy, securing items until members arrive, and following up on out‑of‑stock merchandise. You will complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations, communicating progress, recommending improvement opportunities, and adapting to change.

You will provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company’s products and services. You will comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, using the open‑door policy. You will respect individuals by embracing differences, building a supportive workplace, mentoring, and recognizing contributions. You will act with integrity, maintain high standards, and support Walmart’s regenerative goals.

You will serve customers and members by delivering results, making balanced decisions, and striving for excellence by learning, taking calculated risks, and driving continuous improvement.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $25.00*.

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
