Property Management Associates is growing and has future anticipated openings for a full-time Property Manager to live onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Offering a free 1‑bedroom apartment.

Compensation

• $24.00 per hour
• Free 1‑bedroom apartment
• $300.00 auto allowance per month

Job Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years conventional multifamily property management experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to effectively supervise team members and vendors.
• Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk‑throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventive maintenance list.
• Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
• Effective organizational and multi‑tasking skills.
• Must be able to live on‑site.
• On‑call status and one weekend day is required.
• Valid Driver's License and evidence of auto insurance will be needed.
• A background, DMV and pre‑employment physical will be conducted as part of our application process.

Pay Range: $23 USD - $25 USD
