Registered Veterinary Technician – Sign‑On Bonus Available!
Join Animal Dermatology Group (ADG), the largest U.S. veterinary dermatology business, located in Long Beach. ADG provides specialized care to pets with skin conditions, supports general practice veterinarians, and maintains the nation’s largest dermatology residency program.
Responsibilities- Demonstrate excellent client/pet relations in waiting area and exam rooms.
- Exceed client expectations of service.
- Provide compassionate nursing care to all patients.
- Perform housekeeping and maintenance.
- Conduct cursory examination of animals and recognize potential patient issues.
- Communicate findings clearly to a doctor.
- Maintain record‑keeping and fill prescriptions/dispense medications as prescribed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- College or college‑equivalent education required for a registered veterinary technician.
- Dependable attendance, able to lift 40 lbs, willing to work long or irregular hours, and maintain constant standing/bending for an 8‑hour day.
- Phlebotomy.
- IV catheter placement.
- Prepare and restrain animals during procedures.
- Perform anesthetic induction and monitoring.
- Assist in surgery.
- Perform cutaneous and subcutaneous sutures.
- Apply bandages and/or splints.
- Wound care.
- Use stethoscope and otoscope.
- Advise pet owners on proper care.
- $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
- 5/8 work week (Monday‑Friday; no weekends).
