• Full Time and Per Diem Continuous Care LVNs
• Must be willing to drive to different areas: (LA/South Bay, San Fernando Valley, San Gabriel Valley, Ventura, IE)
• Shifts Available:
  Nights 12am‑8am
• Hourly $35.00‑$38.00

Position Summary
We are looking for experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses to work continuous care and/or alternate and guaranteed hours shifts. You will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse and provide care to assigned hospice patients. Your duties include intermittent visits and/or shifts of skilled nursing care, performing prescribed medical treatments, including pain management and symptom control, nursing observations, teaching regarding the expected course of the disease, care techniques, and other health measures to the patient, family, or other primary caregivers.

You will also participate in the care plan development and implementation with other members of the hospice interdisciplinary team.

We require a sympathetic attitude toward caring for hospice patients and families, excellent communication skills with the hospice team, and proficiency with computers and electronic medical records. Please contact us to determine current position availability in our areas of service:

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of vocational/practical nursing.
• Current LVN license within the State. Certification in Hospice and Palliative Vocational/Practical Nursing preferred.
• At least one-year experience as LVN/LPN.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; reliable and well-maintained transportation.
