Requirements of Hospice:- Current LVN license in the State of CA
- One year of experience preferred
- Experience in hospice preferred
Duties Include:
- Service a range of patients and families during the transition of life
- Ensure quality and safe delivery of Hospice services
- Implement current nursing practices and provide direct hands-on care within the scope of practice
- Obtain orders as needed to promote comfort and quality of life
- Keep the Case Manager informed of all changes in condition and orders obtained
