Your Opportunity to Lead Safety Excellence
We are seeking a skilled and driven Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to champion workplace safety and regulatory compliance across our Santa Ana and Long Beach sites. In this high-impact role, you ll ensure that every facility not only meets but exceeds standards set by OSHA, DOT, EPA, and NFPA - helping to protect our people, products, and future.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead EHS Strategy:
Develop, implement, and manage safety programs across all facilities. - Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, NFPA, EPA, and other local, state, and federal regulations. - Training & Development:
Create and deliver engaging safety training programs for all employee levels, including onboarding and ongoing education. - Risk Assessment & Prevention:
Conduct safety risk assessments and ergonomic evaluations; manage hazard identification and mitigation. - Audits & Continuous Improvement:
Perform safety audits; evaluate program effectiveness and recommend updates based on best practices. - Incident Response:
Lead investigations of workplace incidents; identify root causes and corrective actions. - Document Management:
Maintain and update MSDS, SPCC plans, OSHA logs, and other regulatory documentation. - Emergency Preparedness:
Oversee and lead annual drills and emergency training (e.g., fire, severe weather, evacuation). - Cross-functional Collaboration:
Serve as the liaison to insurance providers, regulatory agencies, and external safety partners. - Equipment & Supplies:
Monitor inventory and coordinate with site leads to ensure availability of critical safety gear and materials.
What You Bring
Required:
- Bachelor s degree in occupational safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in EHS management, preferably within manufacturing or aerospace.
- Expert knowledge of OSHA, DOT, NFPA, EPA regulations.
- Experience conducting audits, leading investigations, and managing training programs.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
