Warehouse Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure optimal productivity and safety. The ideal candidate will lead a team of warehouse staff, coordinate logistics, and maintain compliance with company standards and regulations.

Warehouse Manager Essential Responsibilities and Duties

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
• Manage receiving, storage, RA department, and shipping processes
• Lead, train, and schedule warehouse staff to meet productivity goals
• Ensure accurate procedures through regular audits and recordkeeping
• Monitor safety standards and enforce proper warehouse safety procedures
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and delivery providers
• Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance warehouse efficiency
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and equipment maintenance schedules
• Track key performance metrics and prepare regular operations reports
• Handle issues related to damaged or missing inventory and resolve shipment discrepancies

Warehouse Manager Qualifications and Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistics software
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in warehouse environments
• Effective communication and decision-making abilities
• Ability to lift and move heavy items when necessary

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business, or related field (preferred). Experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 4–6 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management.
• Experience using inventory software or ERP systems, or Net Suite experience is a plus.
• OSHA certification or other warehouse safety training is a plus.
• CTPAT experience is a plus.
