We are seeking a highly driven, growth-focused Parts Manager who excels at building high-performance teams, scaling parts operations, and driving continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in wholesale parts distribution, inventory optimization, and proactive obsolescence management, while delivering outstanding internal and external customer support.

Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Development
  • Recruit, mentor, and grow a high‑performing parts team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
  • Monitor KPIs, conduct coaching, and maintain a performance‑driven culture.
Wholesale Operations Management
  • Manage and optimize OEC software for wholesale operations, including catalog accuracy, pricing control, e-commerce workflows, reporting, and customer‑facing functionality.
  • Oversee and optimize the wholesale parts program, pricing strategies, and account management.
  • Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely, accurate wholesale fulfillment.
Inventory & Obsolescence Management
  • Lead forecasting, purchasing, stocking, and cycle count processes.
  • Proactively manage obsolescence through monitoring aging inventory and coordinating OEM returns.
Operations & Customer Experience
  • Ensure high accuracy and speed at the parts counter for technicians and customers.
  • Improve fill rates, streamline processes, and reduce downtime.
Financial Performance & Vendor Management
  • Manage margins, pricing, expenses, and vendor relationships.
  • Support cross‑functional teams with parts availability and promotional efforts.
Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Create, document, and enforce SOPs across all parts and warehouse operations.
  • Implement Lean principles and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in parts operations or inventory management; 2+ years in leadership.
  • Experience managing wholesale operations and inventory life cycle planning.
  • Strong ERP/DMS and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration with Service, Sales, and Finance.
