Senior In-House Litigation Attorney

. This position is based at our campus in Madison, WI and requires relocation; we provide financial relocation assistance.
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to support our ongoing growth as we expand offerings and enter new global markets. Your primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and providing counsel on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law and more. You'll assist in handling and winning multi-million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high-stakes legal proceedings.
Additionally, you'll forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad. Your responsibility level will match your skill set and grow rapidly as you expand your knowledge of our industry.

Responsibilities- Counsel toward risk mitigation, draft motions and briefs, take depositions, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases.
- Provide knowledge in regulatory and privacy litigation.
- Engage in complex litigation and high-stakes legal proceedings.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
- Experience with regulatory and privacy litigation (preferred).
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
- COVID‑19 vaccination required.
