) with its headquartered offices located in Long Beach, CA (90802)

Snr. Associate Attorney

• Important Note: 5+ years previous civil litigation experience in a LAW PRACTICE is REQUIRED. Prior plaintiff experience HIGHLY preferred.

Long Beach, CA (90802)

Fully onsite work model (Monday - Friday).

Prominent national law practice headquartered in Long Beach, CA (90802) committed to fighting nursing home abuse & neglect across the United States seeks an accomplished Snr. Associate Attorney to join their collaborative, collegial and growing team.

• 2nd chair trials and lead on depositions.
• Review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Develop legal strategies to resolve cases favorably and cost-effectively for clients.
• Develop and deliver arguments and represent clients in civil matters.
• Conduct research to support legal proceedings.
• Drafting and reviewing of legal documents.
• Investigate facts to help in the negotiation of legal disputes.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• At least six (6+) years of experience specializing in CIVIL LITIGATION and trial.
• Strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to negotiate, research, and communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Experience leading a team of associates and paralegals preferred.
• Ability to exercise common sense in complex situations.
• Adaptable and meticulous attention to detail.

Starting annual salary/comp. is 225K+ | DOE/DOQ plus a comprehensive health benefits package, generous PTO, paid parking onsite, high-functioning support staff, annual reviews, etc.

Lucrative/uncapped annual bonuses plus generous percentage (%) of referred cases & settlements.
