Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead or co-lead counsel on national class actions

• Develop case strategy for economic harm and mass tort litigation

• Draft pleadings, motions, and manage high-stakes legal arguments

• Lead discovery, depositions, and expert witness coordination

• Appear in court and manage negotiations and settlement efforts

• Oversee associate attorneys, paralegals, and support teams

• Guide Class communication and client updates

• Stay informed on trends in class certification and evolving case law

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in complex class action or mass tort litigation

• Demonstrated success as lead or senior counsel in litigation

• Active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school

• Strong leadership and litigation team management skills

• Excellent written and verbal advocacy capabilities
