    • Communicate professionally with clients regarding appointments, case updates, preparation for depositions, mediations, and trial.
    • Maintain timely response standards.
  • Trial Preparation
    • Assist attorneys in preparing trial binders, exhibit lists, witness lists, jury instructions, and subpoenas.
    • Coordinate logistics, vendor communication, and delivery of trial materials.

    • Prepare proofs of service, maintain logs, and file conformed copies.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of California civil litigation experience (Personal injury experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong understanding of civil procedure, deadlines, and trial preparation workflows.
  • Proficiency with calendaring, case management systems, and e-filing platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate next steps.
  • Professional communication skills with clients, counsel, and court personnel.
  • Strong writing, formatting, and document-preparation ability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with trial preparation and trial support.
  • Experience preparing deposition notices, subpoenas, and exhibit packets.
  • Case Peer familiarity (not required, but a plus).
