Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young, LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3+ years of experience to join our team of nationally recognized litigators in Long Beach. Our associates have a hands‑on role in interesting, complex litigation in a wide variety of substantive matters in state and federal courts, private arbitration, and before governmental agencies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking to deepen their litigation skills as part of a collaborative, high‑performing team. We invest in our associates through immersive training, practical experience, and dedicated mentorship to support long‑term growth.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience handling complex commercial litigation; experience with securities and financial services litigation a plus but not required;
  • Ability to independently manage and/or support concurrent cases at various stages of litigation, including but not limited to pleadings, depositions, discovery, client communication, and court appearances;
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills and record of strong academic performance;
  • Licensed to practice law in California; additional bar admission(s) a plus.

The estimated salary range for this position is $215,000 to $255,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
