Position DetailsDesktop Technician 2
Location: San Diego, CA / Long Beach, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 3+ months (potential extensions)
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS
- Experience with desktop installations/configurations
- Proven troubleshooting on desktops and mobile devices
- Active Directory experience
- Manage software/hardware lifecycle: research, packaging, QA, and deployment preparation.
- Set up new users: desktops, email/LDAP/VPN configurations.
- Support local/remote employees: desktop issues, account access, and internal services.
- Troubleshoot software on desktops/laptops.
