We are seeking a dynamic AI Evangelist / Copilot Specialist to lead Copilot for Web enablement across 50+ locations. You will work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with (SharePoint + Purview) as a dotted-line partner as we prepare for future phases of AI integration.

This role requires a confident communicator who can influence behavior, create training materials, run workshops, and evangelize AI use across the business.

The core responsibility for the first 3–6 months is ensuring employees successfully adopt Copilot for Web as a secure, work-credentialed productivity assistant.

• Teach users how to use Copilot for Web for writing, summarization, tone modification, data clean-up, contract simplification, and day-to-day productivity tasks.
• Build training materials, manuals, quick-start guides, and “How To” videos.
• Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions across ~50 branches (Sacramento, Bay Area, SF, Long Beach HQ).
• Reinforce proper usage standards and safe AI behavior (no personal data, appropriate prompts, work-credential access only).
• Drive the organizational mindset shift: “Use Copilot first instead of Googling.”

• Engage employees, managers, and department leads to understand their workflows.
• Document pain points, repetitive tasks, information retrieval needs, and opportunities for automation.
• Identify high-value “future use cases” that could benefit from:
• SharePoint integration
• Workflow automation
• Domain-specific AI assistants
• Consolidate validated use cases into a structured AI Roadmap Input Report for leadership and future development teams.
• Work with the CEO to prioritize use cases for Phase-2 and beyond.

• Copilot in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
• · SharePoint-based document retrieval using Copilot
• Integration with Purview governance
• Advanced M365 features that depend on improved data structure and readiness
• You will provide readiness guidance and use case mapping, while Ezekiel leads the technical preparation.

• Act as the internal Copilot evangelist, building excitement and confidence in AI usage.
• Serve as the first line of support for Copilot for Web questions.
• Collaborate with the M365 admin team to monitor adoption, user behavior, and training needs.
• Identify and remove adoption blockers quickly.

Candidate will work out of the Long Beach office 5 days/week. Approximately 15% travel to regional offices for hands-on training and adoption support:

• Experience with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar) and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and provides hands-on training for non-technical users.
• Strong training, documentation, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with all levels of the organization—including the CEO.
• Positive, confident, and engaging personality suitable for evangelizing new technology.
• Willingness to travel for onsite training.

• Familiarity with SharePoint and Purview (for future phases).
• Experience running adoption programs or AI literacy initiatives.
• Change management or organizational training background.
