About the RoleBeach Front Property Management is looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full employment cycle and support our growing HR team. This is a hands‑on leadership role focused on compliance, employee relations, and strategic workforce planning. What You’ll Do- Support and partner with the HR team and managers in day-to-day operations
- Manage all stages of the employment lifecycle—from recruitment to offboarding
- Lead investigations and handle escalated employee relations issues
- Conduct compliance audits and maintain accurate legal documentation
- Support workers’ compensation administration and assist the benefits administrator
- Analyze staffing needs and partner with leadership on workforce planning
- Collaborate with the recruiting team to drive talent acquisition strategies
- Advise managers on employment law and company policy
- Respond to general HR questions from employees and managers
- Streamline HR workflows and maintain accurate records
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience (property management or compliance-heavy industries preferred)
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion
