Overview
Join Our Team as a Night Auditor! You’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps things running smoothly while the world sleeps, balancing the books, assisting guests, and supporting operations during the overnight shift.
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Nighttime Welcome Wagon: Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM). Handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions.
- Master of Midnight Math: Own the Night Audit. Balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure accuracy of numbers.
- Guardian of the Glow-Up: Maintain property safety with regular security walks; be the calm, watchful presence that helps guests sleep easy.
- The Nightly Newsroom: Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report to inform management about overnight activities.
- Teamwork After Twilight: Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth and service top-notch during overnight hours.
- Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: Proficiency with Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing; able to solve problems independently.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- 1 year in a hotel or related field; supervisory experience is a plus.
