Overview
If you are a Behavior Technician or interested in becoming a Behavior Technician with an industry leading team providing ABA therapy to individuals with Autism and other developmental disabilities, we would love to speak with you.
Schedule Available: varying hours, Monday through Friday. Must be available to work evenings, as needed.
Responsibilities- Provides one-on-one ABA services to clients
- Implements each client’s individual support plan under the supervision of the Behavior Analyst
- Provides feedback and insight to the clinical team regarding the client’s support plan
- Protects the health and safety of clients and fellow employees by following appropriate health and safety protocols
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet department and/or business needs

- Performs other duties as assigned to meet departments and/or business needs
- High school diploma or equivalent; required
- At least one (1) year of experience working with individuals with Autism and/or other developmental disabilities; preferred
- Current and valid RBT certification; preferred, not required
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Communicate and work professionally and cooperatively with others
- Successfully pass all post offer, pre-employment screening requirements including criminal background check, and provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to run, push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, and lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds
- Valid and current proof of legal right to drive; required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends as needed

- Strong communication skills and flexibility in approach
