Overview

Glen Park Senior Living is looking for an Executive Director to join our team. As a leader in the senior housing industry, Glen Park Senior Living focuses on building personal relationships with potential residents and their families. Our mission is to provide caring, dignified, and affordable services to seniors in our community. Our organization has been serving the community since 1968.

Responsibilities
  • Operate the facility in accordance with Title 17, Title 22 and established company policy, program, and budget.
  • Oversee community staff and day-to-day operations.
  • Hire and supervise employees, ensuring adequate staffing of quality associates.
  • Foster creativity among staff to deliver services that maintain and enhance resident stability, independence, and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement an annual business plan to maintain high occupancy and achieve financial goals.
  • Represent the community to governmental agencies, professional organizations, community groups, etc.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, psychology, gerontology, business, or related field required.
  • Two years of executive director or related administrator experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret financial statements and manage a budget.
  • Work history demonstrating a strong ability to hire, direct and manage associates.

  • Pay: $95,000 - $110,000
