• Provide supervision and mentorship to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Clinical Supervisors.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that empower clients and families.
• Collaborate with a team of clinicians who are excited about growth.
• Deliver meaningful parent training and support.
• Stay hands-on with client care while shaping the next generation of ABA professionals.

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
• Passion for mentoring, learning, and collaboration
• Strong communication skills and a heart for making a difference
• Open to both newly certified BCBAs and experienced supervisors

• Competitive compensation: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
• Student loan repayment assistance/refinancing – Receive $3,000 annually through GRADIFI and consolidate loans at a competitive rate
